B2B eCommerce Masterplan book
It may surprise you to know that until recently there were no books available on B2B eCommerce! So, last year we sponsored a book from the well-known eCommerce author, blogger and consultant, Chloë Thomas.
B2B eCommerce Masterplan was published in October 2017 and is now available from Amazon and selected book stores. The aim of the book is to explain all the stages of B2B eCommerce and to help newcomers to the world of online trade sales to avoid pitfalls, make good decisions and ultimately maximise their profits whilst keeping costs to a minimum.
Paul Dorey, MD of Aspidistra, said: “We are delighted to be part of this project. Chloe is a high profile eCommerce author and already has a number of B2C eCommerce books published, so it was a pleasure to help her achieve this book.
With a number of case-studies and simple-to-follow 4 stage plan to B2B eCommerce success, including “getting it right first time”, onboarding, planning for marketing, site launch and a range of bonus chapters, the book is already getting great reviews. Here’s one that made us smile:
“As a 10 year veteran of B2B eCommerce with multiple online stores, this book made me chuckle with the honesty and the real-life advice. Nothing could prepare you for this journey into the unknown. That was until Chloe wrote this step-by-step guide. Back in my day, you had to just figure it out by trial and error with the added costs of time and failure.
“In fact, some of (what I thought were) my own personal trade secrets are now listed in the book for everyone to know. It took me years to figure those out. Please don’t let my competitors read it.
“This book is a godsend as it covers all ends of the process without any fluff. You could create your entire project management process from the book. If you don’t have a successful B2B online presence, you MUST have Chloe’s book”.
