When leading plumbing suppliers, Viessmann Direct, set out to improve online support to their customers, their newly designed stock-integrated ecommerce system has significantly increased sales.

Viessmann Direct had always planned continual investment in their real-time ecommerce solution that connects customers up to the actual stock they hold on their shelves.
