Next up from Values in the Credibility pyramid, is integrity.
Perhaps a little easier to identify than values, but Integrity can form part of your values: Integrity means you are known for doing the right things for the right reasons.
To keep your integrity, consider every promise or offer that your organisation makes. Never make a commitment or promise that you are unlikely to keep. “Under-promise and over-deliver” is a mantra for companies with integrity.
Likewise, if there’s an error or problem, own it! And then do whatever it takes to make the situation better.
Integrity can be a by-product of authenticity. If the company is true to itself, operating with best intentions, then the demonstration of authenticity and integrity builds to create a company that people will simply LOVE dealing with.

Consider adding a page on your site about “our promise to you”
Ensure that if you’ve got guarantees and promises, these are clearly written in plain English.
Don’t waffle or bluster – make your offerings clear and easy-to-understand. Hype and bluster have no place in integrity.
Review your site, ensure that your products are promoted with integrity too.
